Where this comes from.
Kitchen Ventures is one of several venture lines operated by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd, a Chennai firm working in business process operations and project delivery.
Akontec's core work is running operations for clients — support desks, back office, process delivery — from centres in India for businesses abroad. Kitchen Ventures exists because a delivery kitchen turns out to be two businesses bolted together: a physical kitchen, and a continuous screen-based operation across several platforms. The second one is what we already do.
Setting a kitchen up is a project with an end date. Watching four platforms through every service, answering every review, disputing refunds, switching items off the moment stock runs out and keeping the compliance calendar alive is an operation that never stops. Most independent kitchens do that badly, not because they are careless but because the chef is cooking.
So the offer is deliberately two halves. We build it properly, coordinating licensed professionals and contractors for everything regulated. Then we run the platform side, within an authority schedule you set, taking a share of profit so our interest and yours point the same way.
We also say no. This venture has the largest local footprint and the thinnest margins of the four we operate, and it is genuinely unsuitable for a passive owner. The first conversation is as much about establishing that as it is about selling anything.
Four principles we will not trade away.
Nothing invented
If we do not know a number we say so and find it. Figures are labelled as planning ranges with stated assumptions. We do not present a model as a forecast, and we do not show you a good month as though it were typical.
Food safety is never a corner to cut
We will not shortcut extraction, sink configuration, certification or documentation to open faster. In the UK the rating is public, and in both markets a serious incident ends the business.
You own everything
Company, lease or licence, equipment, brands, recipes, platform accounts, customer data and documents. If you leave us, the kitchen keeps running on its own paperwork.
We say no
If your objective is a visa, if you need guaranteed income, or if the menu you want cannot carry the commission, we tell you on the first call rather than take the engagement fee.
